I know most teenagers have lost their sleeping schedule this summer. So I thought I’d tell everyone what lack of sleep may result in. Some are obvious, but some are kind of scary. So try to get that sleeping schedule back!

1.aching muscles
2.confusion, memory lapses
3.depression
4.hallucinations
5.hand tremors
6.headaches
7.bloodshot eyes
8.periorbital puffiness, commonly known as “bags under eyes” or eye bags
9.increased blood pressure
10.increased stress hormone levels
11.increased risk of diabetes
12.increased risk of fibromyalgia
13.irritability
14.rapid involuntary rhythmic eye movement
15.obesity
16.yawning
17.symptoms similar to:
Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)[6]
18.Psychosis
